"Effective Voir Dire" presented by Jeff Croasdell of the Rodey Law Firm and Steve Scholl of Dixon, Scholl, and Bailey.

Join the NMDLA for an in-depth presentation on voir dire strategies and tactics.  Voir dire is one of the most important aspects of any trial. Many attorneys feel that jury selection is the single most significant procedure in the entire trial process. As many trial lawyers know, the selection process in which prospective jurors are questioned and challenged for bias can turn out to be a battle of wits and maneuvering more dramatic than the trial itself.  On June 20th, trial experts Jeff Croasdell and Steve Scholl will demonstrate how to conduct voir dire--as an attendant at this lunch, you will be a member of the "mock jury" during the lunch hour. Please join us for this exciting hour!
